Ellen Rozman is a 13-year veteran of the fitness industry. After several years as a retail buyer, sports marketing manager and wedding coordinator, Ellen decided to follow her true passion and began teaching group fitness classes. She has been certified as a personal trainer through the Cooper Institute in Dallas, a Johnny G Spinning Instructor, a Trigger Point Therapy provider and most recently an Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp Instructor.

Ellen combines her love of fitness, enthusiasm and desire to help others to inspire people of ALL ages to incorporate exercise into their lives.

The workouts are ever changing and challenging to both the mind and body. They are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness through a combination of strength circuits, cardio intervals, agility drills and balance training using a variety of different equipment.

To deliver the most effective workout for the time challenged, Ellen designs a fun, functional workout which integrates full body strength and cardio into a power packed hour.

Group workouts provide a wonderful dynamic, enabling camaraderie, encouragement and accountability amongst participants.
